Biggest challenge or hurdle in customer service is communication and 
customer data. When a customer reports a problem, the service executives
 must be able to understand what the customer wants to say and also the 
executives must maintain data of every customer.Businesses rely on call centers for customer service. A call center 
receives tens and hundreds of calls and every call makes a valuable 
data. Though the call record can be stored but it would be quite 
difficult to trace a particular call. Another problem with call center 
is it provides one-way support.
